have a general production and printing timelines, we know our

collections are different and require different timelines so please

resolutions & colors
while we wish that we could, we cannot
guarantee the screen resolutions or colors of
your
computer. if you need to see color samples let us know we're
happy to send you samples

all of our orders for our products are
processed via our store http://peoplestclair.etsy.com
we are
happy to place orders for you and follow a simple process for orders that
is detailed
on our information sheets.
payment
we accept
payment via paypal. this is a safe and secure system that allows you to
provide
your credit card information without worry. If you have

shipping
& delivery
all orders are sent via USPS and delivered by priority
mail. we offer a flat shipping rate of
$5.00 for general stationary
orders. if your have placed a large quantity order, this will be
shipped via FED EX and those shipping charges will be applied to the balance
of your order.
returns
if you recevie the wrong order we are happy to
exchange what you received for your order.
unfortunately, we cannot
accept returns on personalized items (stationery or invitations). If
you
are unsatisfied with your order please contact us and we are happy to work with
you
