It's no secret that my posting to this blog has been sporadic.  Well, I'm working on some ways to re-vamp this blog and change the direction of its content.  One thing I will continue to share are delicious recipes like this easy ice cream cake.  While it is bitter cold in my neck of the woods, that doesn't stop me from daydreaming about Summer and yummy desserts.

There is nothing like a nostalgic recipe like this one.
